The Ravenna Gorge Christmas Market runs on selected days from Thursday to Sunday between 26 November and 20 December 2026.

Why this destination belongs in our Christmas series

Many Christmas markets advertise festive lights. Ravenna Gorge has something more: a spectacular mix of forest, gorge and illuminated railway viaduct. That is exactly why tickets are in such demand.

Over 40 exhibitors beneath the viaduct

Crafts, regional products and food stalls fill the narrow valley. The limited space adds to the atmosphere, but also makes controlled ticket admission necessary.

Tickets and transport are part of the plan

Ticket sales for 2026 are due to begin at 10 a.m. on 14 October. If you want a particular Advent Saturday, do not assume you can book at the last minute. Shuttle transport and parking arrangements are also worth planning carefully.

Base yourself in Titisee or Hinterzarten

You do not need a whole day at the market itself. Combine it with Hinterzarten, Titisee or a short winter walk if paths are safe. When snow falls, driving and walking times can change considerably.
