Hosting and access logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data in server log files. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, browser identification and operating system.
The processing helps provide the website securely and reliably and prevent and investigate misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Under the current standard setting at ALL-INKL.COM, access logs are kept for seven days and then deleted or anonymised, unless further retention is required to investigate security incidents.
Cookies and consent management
We use technically necessary storage to remember your cookie choices. Optional statistical technologies are activated only with your explicit consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google Tag Manager
If you consent to the Statistics category, we use Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It manages analytics tags technically and is loaded only after your consent. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) TKG 2021.
Google Analytics
After your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. This helps us analyse website use, including pages visited, visit time and duration, referral source, device, browser, screen size, approximate geographic region and interactions with the website.
Google Analytics uses cookies and comparable technologies to distinguish returning browsers and analyse visits statistically. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and this website sends no Analytics measurement data to Google. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) TKG 2021.
The retention period for user- and event-related data in Google Analytics is set to 14 months. Google uses IP addresses during technical processing but states that it does not store them permanently in Google Analytics 4. Data may also be processed by Google-related companies outside the European Economic Area. More information is available in Google's privacy information.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to technically monitor and improve our website's visibility in Google Search. Verification takes place through the domain configuration. This does not set an additional analytics cookie on this website.
Affiliate links
Travel offers may include labelled affiliate links. When selected, these links pass through the Awin affiliate network to the provider, allowing the referral click to be attributed. Data processing on linked websites is subject to the information provided by their operators.
Fonts and images
Fonts and editorial travel images are delivered from our own webspace. Images in partner offers may be loaded directly from the relevant image provider. For technical reasons, that provider then receives information including your IP address and browser details.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, the data you send is processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual or contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
